

Paleo Almond Cookies
These cookies are my FAVORITE sweet! You should make them, like right now!!
Ingredients

1 cup plus 3 tbs almond flour (could need more depending on the thickness of your almond butter)

1/2 cup almond butter-- I like it with salted, smooth almond butter best

1/4 cup honey

2 tsp vanilla

Dark chocolate chocolate chips or unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine almond butter and honey in a bowl.

Add vanilla and mix in until you have a smooth consistency.

Slowly add the almond flour and mix. The consistency shouldn't be crumbly and dry, but it also shouldn't be too sticky.

Add the chocolate chips or cocoa powder and mix.

Roll into balls-- I usually do about 6 large or 12 small cookies.

Bake large cookies for 12 minutes and small cookies for 10 minutes.

Serve with your favorite milk!
