Immune Boosting Tea-less Tea
During the fall and winter months who doesn't love a nice, hot cup of tea before bed? One of my favorite hot drinks is, well, a tea-less tea. I don't really know why my husband and I started calling it tea, but we did, and now it's our tea-less tea. There are a few different ways to make it-- I will explain both! Here are my recipes!
Ingredients: (For a single cup)
-
1 TBS honey (or to taste)
-
I/2 medium lemon juice
-
1 scoop Vital Proteins Gelatin
-
1 TBS apple cider vinegar
-
1 inch ginger shredded or chopped
-
Hot water
Procedure:
-
Squeeze all the juice out of your lemon into your cup.
-
Pour a few tablespoons of cool water into your cup and add your gelatin powder. Stir well.
-
Add your apple cider vinegar. Stir.
-
Add ginger. Stir.
-
Add hot water. Stir.
-
Add honey. Stir.
-
Enjoy!
