    Immune Boosting Tea-less Tea

During the fall and winter months who doesn't love a nice, hot cup of tea before bed? One of my favorite hot drinks is, well, a tea-less tea. I don't really know why my husband and I started calling it tea, but we did, and now it's our tea-less tea. There are a few different ways to make it-- I will explain both! Here are my recipes!

    Ingredients: (For a single cup)

    • 1 TBS honey (or to taste)

    • I/2 medium lemon juice

    • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Gelatin

    • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar

    • 1 inch ginger shredded or chopped

    • Hot water

    Procedure:

    • Squeeze all the juice out of your lemon into your cup.

    • Pour a few tablespoons of cool water into your cup and add your gelatin powder. Stir well.

    • Add your apple cider vinegar. Stir.

    • Add ginger. Stir.

    • Add hot water. Stir.

    • Add honey. Stir.

    • Enjoy!

Ingredients: (To make ahead and store)

    • 3 medium lemons cut into quarters

    • 2 inches of ginger grated or chopped

    • 1/2 cup honey

    Procedure:

    • Chop lemons and squeeze the juice into a mason jar. Once they are juiced place the peels into the jar as well.

    • Grate your ginger and add to the jar.

    • Add honey and stir well.

    • Use 1-2 TBS of this mixture per cup of water.

    • Place a lid on the jar and store in the refrigerator.

    • Add apple cider vinegar and/or gelatin if you want!
