Home Workout #3-- Insanity

Lately, crossFit just has not been fitting into my schedule. While I really love it, the life of a busy wife and mama sometimes doesn't allow me to get away. However, I still make it a priority to  get a good workout in at home. My go to lately has been the Insanity workout videos. I like that there is a variety of workouts, but I find myself gravitating to the Max Interval Circuit workout. It's my favorite.

Some of my favorite things about Insanity are...

I can do it at home, while my kids are napping...or awake. They like to jump around and "workout" with mommy.​

It's only about an hour long.

It is HARD for me, it gets my heart rate up, and makes me sweat!

There is a variety of workouts so I don't get bored.

It doesn't require weights or equipment-- just body weight.
