    Breakfast Salad

    Most mornings I eat scrambled eggs with spinach, but some days I just feel like something different. This salad is super easy to throw together, and can be made for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

    Side note...A while back I discovered that Aidelle's apple chicken sausage is Whole30 approved.I bought some and not only did I love them, but my hubby and both kids did too! So we buy them often now. I like to cut them up and add them to any salad or serve them with veggies and fruit to my kids for a quick lunch. You can find them at Costco!

    Ingredients:

    • Two big handfulls of spinach

    • One Aidells's chicken apple sausage

    • 1/2 avocado

    ​

    Procedure:

    • Saute the sausage 5-7 minutes.

    • Serve sausage a top the spinach and sliced avocado.

    ​

    Serve with a side of blueberries or your favorite fruit. Enjoy!
